We are always looking for new projects and partners, and would love the opportunity to work with you in designing and delivering a bespoke project that reaches any target audience and fits all of your key objectives. As standard, the process of new project delivery is as follows:
Consultation
We work with you to ascertain your key objectives and develop a brief with measurable targets and results. We ensure that at each stage of the project, communication with our clients is at the forefront. Our experience and flexibility guarantees that our clients feel they have complete control over each aspect of any newly developed intervention.
Development
We develop scripts, workshop plans, audio / visual materials and teaching packs to your specifications as well as cast a team of actors to deliver your project in line with the brief. Our clients will again be given the opportunity to input ideas and changes to any the above materials throughout this stage.
Management
We co-ordinate all bookings to ensure that the project is delivered to your target audience and guarantee all our tours are fully booked. We also oversee all logistical and administrative tasks relating to the project.
Delivery
We deliver the project to the schools, maintaining strict quality control throughout and providing you with daily updates. Even during this stage, we prioritise input from our clients and any necessary changes to the project can be made.
Evaluation
Our evaluation process is designed in line with behavioural change science and will provide you with the essential data you need to measure the success of the project and to help you formulate future strategies, compiled into an easy to read end of project report.
